The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly by-elections in West Bengal, Bihar and Maharashtra. BJP has given ticket to Agnimitra Paul for the by-election to be held in Asansol Lok Sabha seat of West Bengal. He will face Shatrughan Sinha of Trinamool Congress.
At the same time, BJP has nominated Keya Ghosh for the assembly by-election to be held in Ballygunge, West Bengal. If Baby Kumari got the ticket for the by-election to be held in Bochahan assembly seat of Bihar, then Satyajit Shivajirao Kadam will be the candidate in the assembly by-election to be held in Kolhapur North of Maharashtra.
Talking about Agnimitra Paul, he is the MLA from Asansol South. She is also the General Secretary of Bengal BJP. He also recently gave a statement about Shatrughan Sinha. Agnimitra Paul said that Shatrughan Sinha looks good in Bollywood. What is his past record? First he was in Congress then came to BJP and now he is in TMC. If he does not get anything good in 1-2 years, then he will go to some other team. People of Asansol cannot trust Shatrughan Sinha.
Agnimitra Paul & Keya Ghosh will be BJP candidates for Lok Sabha by-election from Asansol & Assembly by-election from Ballygunge, respectively.

Will BJP be able to hit a hat-trick?
BJP has won two consecutive terms in Asansol Lok Sabha constituency. In the last Lok Sabha elections, Babul Supriyo was elected on a BJP ticket. Babul left BJP after not being made a Union Minister. Resigned from the post of Lok Sabha member also. Now if BJP wins here, then there will be a hat-trick.
Asansol Lok Sabha seat has been easy for BJP because there are more Hindi speakers here. The population of people of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh origin is more here.
