Budget Session: The second phase of the budget session is starting from today i.e. Monday in Parliament. This session will continue till 8th April. In which the opposition can try to surround the government on many matters including rising unemployment, interest rate cut on Employees Provident Fund and evacuation of Indians trapped in war-torn Ukraine. A total of 19 sittings will take place in both the houses during the session, with Parliament’s approval for budgetary proposals and presenting the budget for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will be on the top of the government’s agenda.
During the session, Modi will try to pass the 16 pending bills in the first part. In which Data Protection Bill, Child Disputes Prevention Bill and Constitution Amendment (Scheduled Tribes) Order Bill are included.
Let us tell you that this is the third budget session in Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A. It is being said that this time a slight increase can be made in the budget. Along with this, the Modi government has also listed the Constitution Amendment (Scheduled Tribes) Order Bill for consideration and passing in the Lok Sabha.

Apart from these bills, there are 16 more bills pending in the Parliament.
