Congress President Sonia Gandhi once again attacked the government fiercely in the Lok Sabha. Along with this, Sonia accused social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter that, they are working to shape the narrative of political parties. He said that, it has come to notice time and again that global social media companies are not providing equal opportunities to all parties.

Hate being spread for our own benefit – Sonia
Sonia Gandhi said that the Wall Street Journal had told in its report how Facebook had supported the ruling party. Similar claims were also made in many other reports. In which it was told that Facebook broke its own rules and favored the ruling party and the government. Due to wrong information, work is being done to fill hatred among the youth and old people of the country. The company is aware of this, but it is being used for its own benefit.

Sonia Gandhi said that such companies are working to spoil the democracy and social harmony of India. We need to save it. Sonia alleged that all this is being done with the connivance of the power. Apart from this, he also mentioned corporate nexus citing reports. Sonia said that, this is very dangerous for our country and its democracy.

Resignation sought from the presidents of the five states

Let us tell you that Sonia Gandhi has once again been elected as the National President of Congress. After this, as the first action, he demanded the resignation of the presidents of all the election states i.e. Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur. After Sonia’s advice, all the presidents have started sending their resignations to the Congress President. Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu also sent his one-line resignation to Sonia Gandhi. It is worth noting that Priyanka Gandhi herself is the general secretary in-charge of Uttar Pradesh and President Sonia Gandhi has not asked for the resignation of any in-charge. Senior party leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury says that Sonia Gandhi is taking necessary decisions for the strength of the organization.
