If Nitish government will not do it, then this will be the first thing to do if RJD government is formed in Bihar. He said that RJD will raise this demand in the assembly.
‘New pension system as per the resolution of the central government’
Bihar’s Energy Minister and senior JDU leader Bijendra Yadav, in response to a question during the Question Hour in the Vidhan Sabha, has said that the new pension system is applicable for government employees appointed since September 2005. There is no proposal under consideration to implement the old pension system for this. The new pension system is in line with the resolution of the Central Government.
Let us tell you that there has been a constant demand for the implementation of the old pension scheme in Bihar. Recently, Leader of Opposition in Bihar Legislative Assembly Tejashwi Yadav raised this matter in the House. After the re-implementation of the old pension scheme for government employees in Rajasthan, the voice has started rising continuously in Bihar as well.
