UP Election 2022: All eyes in the country are fixed on March 10, because tomorrow the results of the assembly elections will be declared in Uttar Pradesh, the most populous state in the country. These results will also affect the Lok Sabha elections to be held in the year 2024, because the way to Delhi passes through the politics of UP. In such a situation, there is a question in everyone’s mind that who will take the seat of UP. All exit polls predict that the key to power will remain with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. If this happens, then this time many myths that have been going on in UP for many years will be broken.
If Yogi becomes CM again then…
- Yogi will get his party back in power after completing the five-year term. He will be the first chief minister to do so.
- Will be the first Chief Minister of BJP who will become Chief Minister for the second consecutive time.
- If Yogi becomes the Chief Minister, after 2007, he will be the first leader who contested the assembly elections as a CM candidate.
The period of instability continued in the state from 1951 to 2007. After this, in the 2007 assembly elections, the Bahujan Samaj Party formed the government with an absolute majority and Mayawati remained the Chief Minister for five years. But she could not make a comeback in the year 2012. The Samajwadi Party returned in the 2012 assembly elections and Akhilesh Yadav became the Chief Minister. After Mayawati, Akhilesh also completed a full five-year term, but he also did not return to power and in the 2017 assembly elections, BJP created history by winning 325 seats. After that the party Yogi Adityanath placed him on the pinnacle of power. Yogi also completed his full five-year term. Now it remains to be seen whether Yogi can create history by taking oath as the Chief Minister again.
Interesting myth of UP politics
It is said that whoever comes to Noida, the Chief Minister cannot return to power again. But CM Yogi visited Noida several times during his tenure of five years. Ignoring this myth, he also targeted the opposition. In fact, since 1988, it is believed that any Chief Minister who visited Noida did not return to power the next time. When Rajnath Singh became the Chief Minister, he inaugurated a flyover made in Noida from Delhi. Now the interest has increased to know whether CM Yogi, who has gone to Noida, will break this myth by becoming the Chief Minister or not.
