Military Engineering Services, the engineering unit of the Indian Army, has done this feat in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. There the South Western Air Command has prepared the first 3D printed house so far. Both these 3D printed houses were inaugurated in the presence of Engineer-in-Chief Lt Gen Harpal Singh. He congratulated the team that made it on this special occasion and inspired them to continue such work in future also.

What is special in these two houses
The special thing about these two houses is that the engineering team of the army completed both of them in just 4 weeks. In these four weeks, not only the house was built, but dyeing-painting and other finishing works were also done in it. These houses are built on 3D printing technology.
