According to the information received from the Election Commission till 4 pm, AIMIM candidate Qamar Kamal got 1368 votes from Azamgarh, Umair Madani 3145 votes from Deoband seat, Abhayraj 1340 votes from Jaunpur, Muinuddin 754 votes from Kanpur Cantt, Salman 463 votes from Lucknow Central. , rest 1266 votes to Rashid from Moradabad, 2405 votes to Imran Ahmed from Meerut, 1771 votes to Moheed Fergani from Moradabad Rural, Abdur Rehman Ansari 2116 votes from Nizamabad, 2642 votes to Muzaffar Nagar, Moe Terekh 2642 votes, Sandila to Mohd Rafiq 1363 votes, Irfan got 4886 votes from Tanda, Your Mohammad got 571 votes from Sirathu and Rashid Jameel got 1747 votes from Bahraich.
According to the information received from the website of the Election Commission, so far AIMIM has got 0.43 percent of the votes in the state. AIMIM had claimed to field 100 candidates in the UP assembly elections. Owaisi had fielded his candidates in the same seats which were Muslim majority but various voters including Muslims of the state rejected him badly. In the last assembly elections, Owaisi’s party had contested on 38 seats and in 37 of these seats its candidates forfeited their deposits.
