It is the responsibility of the central and state governments to make arrangements to complete their education. Therefore, it should be directed to the Central Government that it should talk to the Ukrainian government and collect information about the students make a place for them in colleges of India. It has been said in the petition that this demand is being made only in view of the present situation.
