PM Modi inaugurates Pune Metro Rail Project



Pune Metro Inauguration: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Pune Metro Rail Project in Maharashtra today. After inaugurating PM Modi boarded the metro rail. During this, he interacted with the children sitting in the metro. PM Modi traveled from Garware College Metro Station to Anand Nagar Metro Station in Pune Metro.

PM Modi has inaugurated 12 km section of the total 32.2 km Pune Metro Rail Project. During this, PM Modi interacted with the school students sitting in the metro train during his journey from Garware College Metro Station to Anand Nagar Metro Station, the video of which is becoming increasingly viral.

Rs 11,400 crore spent on the project

Explain that this metro project is an attempt to provide world class infrastructure for urban movement in Pune. The foundation stone of the project was also laid by PM Modi on December 24, 2016. The entire project is being built at a total cost of over Rs 11,400 crore.

Significantly, PM Modi will also launch 100 e-buses and an e-bus depot built in Baner. Built at Balewadi, Pune, the Prime Minister RK Laxman will inaugurate the Art Gallery-Museum. The main attraction of the museum is a miniature model based on Malgudi village, which will be brought to life through audio-visual effects. Cartoons made by cartoonist RK Laxman will be displayed in the museum. After this, PM Modi will start the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Symbiosis University at around 1:45 pm.
