Shivpal Yadav’s allegation on BJP regarding UP elections – We lost due to BJP’s dishonesty and cunning
Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PSP) leader Shivpal Singh Yadav on Friday, March 18 alleged that the Samajwadi Party (SP)-led alliance lost the recent assembly elections due to the BJP’s “dishonesty and cunning”. Yadav said, “The people of the state are with us. What are we afraid of? We will face the challenges and problems firmly and will continue to work for justice to the people.”
Allegations against BJP
The MLA from Jaswant Nagar seat while talking to the media said, “Our seats and vote percentage have increased in the elections.” He alleged, “The people of the state did not defeat the SP. We have been defeated by BJP’s cunning and dishonesty. The former minister of the state alleged that some ministers of the central government and many officials of the government are also involved in this conspiracy of the BJP.
Claim about the Legislative Council election
Shivpal Singh Yadav, uncle of Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav, said, “If there is no dishonesty in the upcoming Legislative Council elections, we will win the Legislative Council elections.” Shivpal Singh Yadav formed the Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party in 2017 before the last assembly elections after a dispute with Akhilesh Yadav. During this, he had a lot of quarrel with Akhilesh Yadav and both of them also made rhetoric against each other. But just before the 2022 elections, everything went well. The two met after a long time and Shivpal had formed an alliance with the SP in the elections.
