On the other hand, the results will be announced tomorrow in Uttarakhand too. Haridwar DM Vinay Shankar Pandey said, three-tier security arrangements have been made in Haridwar. There are 11 assembly seats in the district. In view of security, Section 144 has been imposed and procession is prohibited.
Punjab Chief Electoral Officer S. Karuna Raju told that the counting of votes will start at 8 o’clock tomorrow. Officers have been given 3-4 phases of training. Data will be released to the media as soon as permission is received from the Election Commission on the Voter Helpline App. Three layer security has been deployed at the counting site.
