The cases of corona virus in the country have almost come to an end. Every day 4 to 5 thousand new cases are being reported. Now in the meantime, the West Bengal government has decided to extend the restrictions applicable to Kovid-19 in the state till March 31, 2022. The restrictions on movement of people and vehicles and public gatherings will continue between 12 am and 5 am, except on March 17, on the occasion of Holika Dahan.
At the same time, the Central Government told in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday that how many deaths have occurred due to corona in the country so far. According to the government, there have been a total of 5,15,355 deaths due to COVID-19 in the states and union territories till March 9, 2022.

According to information from the government in Parliament, Maharashtra (1,43,745), Kerala (66,374), Karnataka (40,004), Tamil Nadu (38,019), Delhi (26,139), Uttar Pradesh (23,485) and West Bengal (21,181) Kovid- Topping the list of deaths from 19.
