The Home Minister said, "After 4 years of formation of BJP government, I see that Tripura which was earlier plagued by drug and drug business, Tripura is moving towards becoming self-reliant today. The BJP government has done the work of providing electricity to every poor person in Tripura. Our government has completed dozens of road and railway schemes in Tripura. Now 33 percent reservation is going to be given to mothers and sisters in the government jobs of Tripura. We are going to lay the foundation stone of National Forensic Science University campus for the youth of Tripura here. Today is International Women’s Day, the campaign of women empowerment is about to start here. After some time, I will launch the Chief Minister’s women empowerment campaign in a government program in Anandpur."
