Prime minister Narendra Modi met the nominated Chief Ministers of Goa and Manipur on Wednesday. The PM gave this information through a tweet. Once again BJP has registered a landslide victory in both the states. If Pramod Sawant is being made CM again in Goa, then in Manipur too, the command will remain in the hands of N Biren Singh. In both the states, the swearing-in program of the Chief Ministers has not yet taken place and before that both of them met the Prime Minister.
After meeting Manipur’s N Biren Singh, the PM tweeted, “Met N Biren Singh and congratulated him on the resounding victory of BJP Manipur in the recently concluded assembly elections. Our party is committed to fulfilling the aspirations of the people of Manipur. Committed to working harder for it.”

The PM also had a meeting with Pramod Sawant with the team from Goa and then tweeted, “Meet Pramod Sawant and the Goa BJP team. Our party is grateful to the people of Goa for giving us the mandate to serve the state again.” Diya. We will continue to work for the progress of Goa in the times to come.”

BJP performed brilliantly in the recently concluded assembly elections and made a record of securing majority in four states. BJP will once again form government in UP, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa. Whereas in Punjab, the Aam Aadmi Party achieved a majority by performing a historic performance. Bhagwant Mann has taken oath as CM in Punjab. Whereas now all the four CMs of BJP can take oath soon.
